Today, YOR Health speaks with Fabiola Ramirez and Jose Luis Medrano about their experience as part of the YOR Health family of Independent Representatives.
Fabiola: We are a couple who got married 14 years ago feeling eager and hopeful in having a happy marriage. Jose Luis had a very successful business, but he had to travel a lot, so we started drifting apart. I felt very lonely and through the years it became a very difficult financial situation.
YOR Health: Can you describe your life during those years?
Fabiola: Jose Luis and I are totally different; we are polar opposites. I’ve always been a very calm person, reserved and prudent and Jose Luis is a very open person, expressive and explosive. Those contrasts brought us many difficulties because I kept it all to myself to avoid problems and that made me feel very empty inside. I felt distraught because we were living our marriage in a very superficial way; we weren’t emotionally aligned and we didn’t share the same ideals.
Jose Luis: My wife Fabis and I were drifting apart because of her nature, my nature, my work and our different activities. However, I assumed that life had to be that way until one day a couple of very good friends of ours, Azya and Cus, invited us to this YOR Health project and we saw a way to save many things that we were losing.
YOR Health: What sorts of things did you discover at the YOR Health meeting?
Jose Luis: We saw a way to grow in many aspects: health, financially and emotionally. We found at YOR Health an excellent way to find a different lifestyle with friends, having emotions and a plan to make a fortune.
YOR Health: How would you describe your life now?
Jose Luis: Now we have found ourselves again as a couple, we feel happy, we feel different and we feel a lot of stability and balance between us. Now, after a great effort with hard and intelligent work, we have in YOR Health a team of wonderful people. Now we are devoted to reach our dreams and the team’s dreams for which life makes sense to us. It is like plunging in a fantastic adventure, working with people, devoting our lives to a wonderful project and taking it around the world. What drives our life is to become better people.
YOR Health has also given us the opportunity to travel to paradisiac places, to other cultures and traditions, and meet people whom we had never have known in our prior activities. What we liked the most is that we are a family sharing the same vision. Now we have a very big responsibility, helping other people to achieve their dreams. Thank you, Dennis Wong.
